Well now my husband has told me that it’s actually “Choke the Chicken.” But I like my first response best!
Chokin’ the chitlin is something that’s down down Mimi way, although I suppose they do more okrachokin that chitlin chokin’. Wait, Isn’t there an island on the Outer Banks called Okrachoke? Of course, I may be wrong…
